Financial Co-Sponsorship

The University Park Allocation Committee (UPAC) is the Penn State University Park allocation committee that provides funds for recognized student organizations.  The GSA can also financially co-sponsor events but this involves some steps. 

The PDF below provides rules and guidelines for financial co-sponsorship.  Please be aware of the 5 week requirement to have events co-sponsored with GSA.  Additionally, student organizations must still pay for 20% of the cost of the event. Depending on the amount of funding received from GSA, you may be required to take other steps as well to get co-sponsorship funds, such as attending a meeting of the Programming Committee to discuss the planning of your event.

GSA can also help with promotion of your event! We can send your event's information out to the GSA Newswire, distribute flyers to our members, publicize it on Twitter, and on our Events Calendar!
